What is StudyThai.ai?
StudyThai.ai is a Thai language learning app designed for Chinese and English speakers. It offers 90 structured lessons across 7 levels, an AI tutor, pronunciation tools, vocabulary training with spaced repetition, and fun learning games.
Is StudyThai.ai free to use?
Yes! All Level 0 content is completely free, including lessons, vocabulary cards, and games. Upgrade to Pro to unlock all 90 lessons, unlimited AI tutor conversations, and premium features.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription Management in the app. You can view your current plan, switch plans, or cancel auto-renewal. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
I purchased Pro but it's not showing. How do I restore?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account used for purchase. Go to Settings → Subscription Management → Restore Purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your account email and purchase receipt.
Audio or pronunciation isn't working. What should I do?
First, check that your device volume is turned up and not on silent mode. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, make sure you have a stable internet connection, as audio files are streamed. Contact us if the issue persists.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, learning progress, and all associated data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your app store.
What languages does the app support?
The app interface is available in English and Chinese (Simplified). All Thai content includes IPA pronunciation guides, and translations are provided in both English and Chinese.
Can I use StudyThai.ai offline?
Lesson content and vocabulary cards are available offline once loaded. However, the AI tutor, audio playback, and some interactive features require an internet connection.
