Too Shallow
Most apps give you flashcards with isolated words. But Thai is a tonal language — a word means completely different things depending on how you say it. Learning 'maa' without learning which of the 5 tones to use is worse than not learning it at all, because you'll build wrong muscle memory.
No Real Progression
Random lessons don't build on each other. You can't learn Thai reading before you understand consonant classes, and you can't understand consonant classes before you can hear the 5 tones. Thai has a strict learning dependency chain, and most courses ignore it.

Step 3: Unlock Thai Reading in L2
The biggest level and the biggest unlock. 30 units that systematically teach you to read Thai script. After L2, you never need romanization again. This is where the learning curve flattens and progress accelerates.
Step 4: Start Speaking with AI
